NOTE: Certain moveable & non-moveable parts used in paintball products are not generally covered under warranty and it is understood that these parts by the nature of their activity wear out and need replacement. Examples are, but not limited to, o-rings, springs, valve seats, and cup seals.
Return Policy
ABSOLUTELY NO returns or refunds will be accepted without a valid authorization number. To get an RA number, contact our office at 215-368-7337
The return authorization number MUST BE CLEARLY VISIBLE ON TWO SIDES of the return-shipping package. Without a visible RA number on the return package, the package will be sent back to you at your expense.
You must place a copy of the invoice and a brief note explaining why the product is being returned in the package.
A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL AUTHORIZED RETURNS.
ONLY UNUSED, UNOPENED ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED TO A+ Paintball for credit. Use is defined as any attempt to install, fire (even air), wear, or wash. If an item is returned that has been opened or used in any way it will be returned to you at your expense.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the original invoice date.
SHIPPING COST ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Warranty items will be replaced, repaired or credited at our option minus any applicable return fee. All items associated with the product must also be returned. This includes packaging, accessories, and printed material that came with the product.
Special orders and custom work are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
No deduction from payment will be allowed until proper credit has been issued.
No refunds or warranty will be granted for merchandise that has been damaged in shipping due to incorrect packaging by the customer. Products that are returned to A+ Paintball that do not qualify for a credit or refund will be returned to you at your expense.
NO RETURNS OR WARRANTY ON DISCONTINUED ITEMS.
Please note that "paintball equipment" may be prohibited or restricted in your area. Buyer should follow all local laws and ordinances in their state regarding paintball, including age limitations on purchases. Please check before you order. A+ Paintball will not accept returns on the basis of the restrictions imposed in your area.
Shortages
If you receive your package and an item is missing we require that you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product, or no credit will be issued.
Damaged Product
If the number of packages does not correspond with the delivery receipt, or any loss, or damage has occurred to this shipment while in route, this will be solely the responsibility of the carrier. Have the delivery agent note on the delivery receipt the nature and extent of damages. FILE CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER IMMEDIATELY.
GUIDELINES FOR ALL METHODS OF SHIPPING:
Credit card, shipping and billing addresses must be the same in order to ensure prompt shipping.
Delays that are related to carrier errors; weather or natural disasters will not result in refunds of shipping charges. A+ Paintball is not responsible for delays that are outside of our control.
It is highly recommended that you request shipping that allows for delivery a day or two extra prior to the day that you MUST have your order.
Carriers do not pick up or deliver shipments on certain holidays and weekends. (Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost.)
We perform address verification on all credit card orders. For your protection, we will ship to an alternate address only if it is on file with your credit card company.
For fastest service we recommend only shipping to the address where you receive your credit card bills.
A+ Paintball expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any damage, loss or injury arising out of your purchase or by the use of the goods sold by us.
